Make depression obsolete

Here is the definition of obsolete:

Depression:
a state of feeling sad
  • anger, anxiety, and depression

(2) a mood disorder marked especially by sadness, inactivity, difficulty in thinking and concentration, a significant increase or decrease in appetite and time spent sleeping, hopelessness and sometimes leads to suicidal tendencies.

It's time to make depression obsolete in your life! How? You might ask, can I cause this thing not be useful in my life?

Depression is a serious issue that affects many individuals but I'm here to tell you, there is help!

Deuteronomy 31:8

And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.

God will go before you wherever you go. He will be with you, he will not fail you when you need him and he will not forsake you. Do not fear and do not be dismayed. It does not matter what it looks like and it does not matter how you will cast your cares upon God because he cares for you. Whatever is causing you to feel depressed is obsolete in the face of God.

Psalm 34:17

The righteous cry and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
Cry out to God, give your troubles to him and he will deliver you from every one of your troubles. Trust God and believe that he will supply your needs and he will. God is an everpresent help in a time of trouble. Allow him to help you through all of your troubles because depression does not belong to you. It is a tool of the enemy and it belongs to him. Cast down the spirit of depression which has come to trouble you and cause you to stumble in God.
Make depression obsolete today! kick it out of your life, you do not need it.

Never too much trouble for God

Psa 46:1  To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

You will not ever be able to get into so much trouble that God can not handle it. God is omnipresent and he is strong and mighty, He is your refuge which means he is your hiding place when you have troubles that are weighing you down. God is your strength to endure during your troubles. He will give you the strength to get through it. He is a very present help in a time of trouble. No matter what the troubles are that you are facing. Whether it be depression, loneliness, heartaches, suffering, trials or tribulations. Even if your trouble is spiritual warfare, God is your ever present help. God is able to bring you out. Trust God today and allow him to move in your life.

John 16:33 says These things I have spoken unto you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you will have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

God will give you victory in the mist of all your troubles. Jesus said these things were spoken so that you will know that you have peace if you are in him. Jesus said in John 15:7 If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you can ask what you will and it will be done unto you. Abide in him, speak life over your situation.

Troubles are going to come as long as you are in the world but if you abide in Jesus you can be of good cheer because he has already overcome the world. As followers of Christ, you too can overcome all the troubles in the world. Believe God today and you will overcome.

1 Peter 5:7 - "Cast all of your cares on him for he cares for you". Cast means to throw forcefully and this scripture states that we should throw our cares forcefully onto God. Give your troubles, your problems, your persecution, rejection and everything that bothers you, give it to God because he cares for you so much that he will bear your burdens for you.

Philippians 4:13  "I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me". You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. You can endure through your trials, you can bear your troubles, you can handle everything that the enemy throws at you because your strength comes from God.
