Every Mountain must Flee

What? I dare say is the mountain in your way. Is it circumstance, sickness, or what could it be that blocks your path every day. If you dare to believe in the Most High God, It is only he that can remove every rod. The heavenly Father of us all says if we put our trust and hope in Him the things we believe, we shall receive.
Believe that sickness will be cast away and by the Messiah's stripes we are healed each day. Believe that your circumstances have been tossed into the sea, take a second look and it will be cut down like a tree.
Sometimes sickness and circumstance will make you a believer, faith in GOD will turn you into a receiver. When you have spoken to the situation in faith, it has already moved just wait with patience and every stone will have to flee.
Believe and trust completely in GOD, speak to your mountain and it will have to flee.

Mark 11:23
"...Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith."

We were created from the dust of the ground, to be lost and one day be found.
We were created to serve him and walk in his ways, to always follow him all of our days.
We were created to worship him in spirit and in truth, to always follow him throughout our youth.
We were created to love him with all of our heart, which requires that we yield every part.
We were created by the Agape love of God, who will forgive us and indeed spare the rod.
All we must do when we stumble and fall, is get up, repent and answer his call.

Delayed but not denied

Have you ever gone through things in your life which made you think, have I been forsaken ? What happened, am I going around in circles? How do I get out of this black hole?

Well, many times in this life of ours we go through many struggles and trials. These struggles and trials are sent by the enemy to move us from our places in the body of Christ. These struggles include, loneliness, rejection, depression, and many other situations that come into our lives to stop us from reaching our destiny in this life. We go through on our jobs, in our homes and in the church and these situations come to distract us and to get us off track and out of the will of God.

This is a tactic used by the enemy to delay (hinder) our walk with God. You see if Satan can keep us worried, depressed, lonely and feeling rejected then we will not be able to hear God, nor will we be able to rightly divide the word of truth. We want be able to understand the word of God that pertains to us. These things may delay us from our destiny but remember this you are not denied. Delayed by Satan but you have not been denied by God. He will never leave you or forsake you.
2Corinthians 4:8-9 says "we are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down but not destroyed."

Isaiah 55:11 says "So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: It shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, And it shall prosper in the thing where to I sent it."
In other words everything that God has promised you, it shall be fulfilled. Every promise will manifest itself to you because it will not return to the father incomplete. Delayed maybe, but not denied!

What must be done is to ask God to remove every distraction, believe that he is able, and fight fire with fire. Use the word of God to combat against the enemy and use every word to quench every fiery dart of the wicked one.

Ephesians 6:10-11 says "...be strong in the lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."

I hope and I pray that this helps you and that you now realize that no matter what you go through, you have not been forsaken by God and every thing that he has promised you will come to pass. Just remember you can not give up, you must fight in order to defeat the enemy.

Victorious in Christ

Many times we get up in the morning and we feel the pressures of life. We may awaken with a headache and feel every weight and the things that weigh heavy on you are in the forefront of your mind. We must remember that no matter what we go through all we must do is stand on a firm foundation which is Jesus Christ. The bible says that we should cast all of our cares upon the Lord because he cares for us. We might feel like there is no escape but Jesus will carry us through every storm of life.
Psalms 55:22
Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee.... If we give our burdens to God, he will keep us, he will carry us, and he will take the pressure away but we as men and women of God have to have faith and believe that he will.
Psalms 30:5
....Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the . We may suffer some things and we may cry sometime but after all that is over, if we are standing for Christ, joy will come. Thus the victory belongs to us.

Be not separated from the love of God

This is a touchy subject, because there are so many times in life when things and people will attempt to come between you and the love of God. When you will find yourself putting things or people before God.

Romans 8:35 says who shall separate us from Christ's love? Shall suffering, affliction and tribulation. What about calamity and distress? Persecution or hunger or destruction or peril or sword. We should never allow things to separate us from the love of Christ. But follow the example of Christ.

This scripture states that we should not let people separate us from the love of God, How? You may ask yourself, but if you spend more time with a person than you do with the Lord this is one way to put someone before God, which separates you from the Lord.

Shall suffering, affliction or tribulation, calamity, distress, persecution, hunger, destruction, peril or the sword. How? You may ask again but when we suffer afflictions and tribulations, many times we forget about God and we put our minds on our problems instead of putting God first and trusting that he will bring us out.

This scripture states that we should never allow these things to separate us from the love of Christ.

When we allow people and things to separate us from God we are separated from our healer, deliverer, provider, mind regulator, and the only one who loves us unconditionally for who we are.

Whatever we do we should always remember to put God first and not to allow anyone or anything to come in between us and the love of God. God loves and cares for you. He desires to have a close relationship with us. It is our duty as his children to honor him by putting him first, and as we put him first he will bless us.
The bible says that if we seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness everything else will be added unto us.

Have you ever been inspired by God? Inspired to write, inspired not to fight, inspired to read, inspired to do a good deed, inspired to give, inspired to live, inspired to walk, inspired to talk, inspired to be all that God wants you to be, my precious brothers and sisters, that is all that wish to be. To be inspired by God, is like someone speaking into your soul. There are words that you hear deep down inside, deep in your heart, which can no longer hide. At first I wondered from whence they came, but you have to know whether from Jesus or God, they are the same. I realize now that he has been speaking since the beginning, the beginning of time, and I want you to hear me through this spoken rhyme. God created us to live a life free, free of strife and happily. I know this because his word says so in John 10: 10 Jesus said " I came that you may have life and have it more abundantly."
I just wanted to talk a little bit about inspiration and if you don't mind, it would be nice if you can get some thoughts on this subject off your mind.

God has given you Power

God has not given you the spirit of fear; but of power, love and a sound mind.
Do not be afraid of the terror by night, do not be afraid of any evil, do not be afraid of death, do not be afraid of what man can do to you.
Do Not Be Afraid.
Because God has given us the power and all authority over the enemy. God has given us the power of love which covers a multitude of sins. God has given us a sound mind, not a mind of confusion, not a depressed mind but a calm, peaceful sound mind.
Fear comes from Satan, any time you are afraid of something or someone, remember that God has not given you a spirit of fear, bur you have been given power to tread over serpents and scorpions. God is not the author of confusion, he has give us a sound mind. Utilize the authority that God has given you by using your weapons of warfare, faith, peace, love, and prayer.

Time for a new beginning

A new year has begun. A friend of mine called on yesterday and explained that he was tired of the way his life has gone in the past year. He told me how he was tired of the repetition of the past. That he no longer wants to be caught up in court and going to jail. He said that in 2010 he did not want to start out the same way. I explained to him that things do not have to be the same way. Things may look the same but things CAN change. When our life has taken a turn for the worst all we must do for a change is to put our trust in God. First of all we must believe that he is real and that he is a rewarder to those who diligently seek him. If we seek after God continuously and believe in his power to make things better for us, he will do a new thing in our lives. The bible says that once we are born again, we are a new creature and behold all things are made new. When we have the faith the size of a mustard seed, God can (move mountains) change things, move hindrances, turn our situations around.

My friend was also concerned about the fact that he did not have a job and that he wanted his on business, this is when I explained to him that the bible says seek you first the kingdom of God and all his righteousness and everything else will be added or given unto you. We must put our minds, our affections, our trust, our hopes all on the Lord. Our focus must be on God,we must seek him continually or diligently as the other bible quotation says God is a rewarder to those who diligently seek him. When we seek after God first rather than after riches, companions, jobs, and the like when it is your season or God's time He will give those things to you. We must allow God to give us these things because if we seek for them first, we might end up with something that is no good for us.

It is time for a new beginning if your life has been going around in circles, if you have been in the same place all last year, if you are weighed down with weights, if you are ready to give up, if you believe that life has let you down, if want to know why you have gone through the things that you have been through. If we do not ask God to come into our hearts, minds and our lives, how can he help us? God gives us a choice, we must choose him, we must choose to serve him, we must delight ourselves in God. God can and he will give you a new beginning all we must do is ask for it.

Holiday Blues

It is that time of year again. Those of us who have lost loved ones and friends should be on the look out because Satan is roaming the earth seeking who he may devour. We muse on guard. Put on the whole amour of God where with the fiery darts of Satan are quenched.

I know that you are thinking of your loved ones but they want you to live a long and happy life. You are going to remember them but take every good memory of them and remember the life they once lived. Remember how much joy they had at Christmas time and use those memories to fill yourself with hope and joy.

If you are having thought of being with them remember that they love you and they desire that you also live a long full life. There are many people out here that love you and they want you to be here with them. So please do not let Satan who desires to steal, kill and destroy, to ruin your life and the life of your loved ones.
Remember God loves you and he is here for you. Keep your minds on God and let him lead you in all that you do.

Restoration

Psalms 23:3
"He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for his names sake."

I thank God today because he restores our soul in all that we do. If we make a mistake and return to God with a repented heart he will restore our soul.

If we desire for God to lead us into the paths of righteousness for his names sake, he will do it.
God will not go against our will but if our will is to serve him, to be led by him and to live holy and righteous in his sight, he will truly bless us.

2 Chronicles 7:14
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

God has called us and if we truly humble ourselves on to him, pray and seek him and not what he can do for us, and when we turn from our sinful nature, that is when God will hear our prayers. He will forgive our sin and heal us everything that ails us.

Thankful

This is the time of year when almost everyone is thankful for something. Thanksgiving is the time to show thanks and appreciation to God. First of all for the incredible sacrifice that he has made. The sacrifice of his only son, Jesus Christ who paved the way for each of our salvation's in the Lord.
To be thankful is like being prayerful, to thank God for his unfailing love, to worship and praise Jesus for the sacrifice that he made.

There are other things which we should be thankful about. Our life is a gift that God has graced us with. The activity of our limbs, and the state of our minds. We thank God for every material thing that we have. We thank God for every thing that he has done. How he has created a new person in us, and how he has set us free.

Let us remember that God is not a man that he should lie, nor the son of man that he should repent. So whatever God has promised you that he would do. Be thankful for it, pray and seek the face of God and he will bring you through it.

Christian Dating

How do you feel about Christians dating? I believe that Christians should date but they should practice self control. When going out on a date Christians who date should be careful. If the male picks up the female, he should not go into the house because this sometimes opens the door for other things to occur. When the date is over kissing on the mouth should not be done. As we all know, kissing like that sometimes sparks passion and ends up as something totally different.

If self control is not practiced it will lead to sin. Sin is always knocking at the door and when the door is opened, it will come on in. Sin will not wait for an invitation. God gives us a choice but sin takes every opportunity that it gets.

Self control is one of the greatest tools in Christ. Self control will keep us from making many mistakes which will lead to sin. We have to control our actions, tongues, and our thoughts.

A definition of life

What is life? Maybe it is a series of events during days and nights. Could it be tragedies that come and change the way you live. How about the happy and sad times. To be or not to be life, is the question. A compilation of events from your past. Maybe a road traveled until the end at last. How would you explain this gift of life? Could it be a time of joy or a time of pain? Maybe life is just what you make it. How you treat others. How you handle the good times and the bad. Whether you are happy or even sad.

When do you think that life begins? Does it begin from the time of conception, when you spend ten months inside the womb. Where every thought and word spoken by your mother will speak to your soul and this is words spoken and stories told. Maybe life begins after you are born, when the light of the world shines through, when all the sensations of life are brand new.

I thought my life began when I came into my own, when I was in charge of all that I've done. When I did as I chose, this is when I thought my life arose. Until one day when Christ came into my heart, now I believe that this is when my life had to start. Maybe my life did begin when I was born again with Christ, since everything has changed, even the way I handle life.

Maybe we should define life as what you make it, and how you handle it. How you approach every event and how you live throughout it's duration. What do you think? When do you think that your life began? Life can be defined as a collection of meaningful events within the duration of all the days that you live.

Overcoming Rejection

How do we overcome rejection? Is there a prescription we can take? Rejection is one of Satan's best laid plans against people, he uses rejection to hold us back from receiving from God. To keep us bound and not free. What he does not want us to realize is that our liberty in Christ has already set us free.
There are many causes of rejection :
Unwanted conception - when a child is not wanted, rejection in the womb may occur.
Adoption - when a child is given up - a child will feel unwanted which causes rejection.
Abuse of any kind - physical, verbal, neglect - causes a person to feel worthless - rejected
Abandonment - causes a person to feel alone - rejected
Death of a parent - causes someone to feel like they have been abandoned - rejected
Peer rejection - this is a big one, causes a person to feel worthless, lonely, unwanted, neglected and all these things cause rejection.
Marriage rejection - neglected, rejected by a partner, marital unfaithfulness, verbal abuse. Physical abuse - This is a big one too, many ways for Satan to cause feelings of rejection. By using the closest person to you, your backbone, and support.
Many causes for one big problem. If Satan can keep you feeling rejected, he can keep you distracted and drive a wedge between you and God. Now what should we do about that ?

Romans 8:35 & 37 says it all, (35) who (what) shall separate you from the LOVE of Christ? tribulations, distress, persecutions, famine, nakedness, peril, or sword. (37) In all these things, we are more than conquerors through him that LOVED us.

Our one weapon against rejection is to know that Christ loves us. Who is the only person who matters. When we realize this and someone demoralizes us, mistreats us, or rejects us in any way and we do not allow them to tear down our self esteem or self worth. That is when we are more than a conqueror. Rejection will not stop coming only the way we handle it should be changed. We must handle rejection by knowing that God loves us and only he truly counts in this world. If we do not have the love of God, then we no longer have life. As long as you are doing what God wants and are pleasing him, it does not matter about anyone else and what they think.

God does not repent

Many times we as humans will do things which we have to repent from. We say things to people that will hurt their feelings and sometimes we do things that hurt people. Sometimes we make promises and we do not keep them and that can even hurt someone. But we as Christians, we must repent and God will forgive us.

What do you think? What about God, do you think he has to repent? I believe that God knows everything and he alone decides what happens in our life, he knows what we need, and when he makes us a promise he will not take it back.

Numbers 23:19 says God is not a man that he will lie; or is he the son of man, that he should repent: Have he said, and shall he not do it? Or have he spoken, and shall he not make it good.

God is not a man and he does not have to repent because he can not make a mistake. God does not lie. Why would he need to? His word confirms everything he promises us he will do. Remember though the promises are meant for those who believe and submit their lives to God.
Holding God to the word and not being obedient is not the answer. The bible says Obedience is better than sacrifice.
God will not promise us anything and then take it back. Sometimes though a person may give there life to God, be promised something and then they may backslide. Do you think that this person will receive that promise? I think not, but God knows our heart and he alone can answer that question. When God promises us something as an obedient Christian, we will receive it and all we must do is to believe he will do it.

Matthew 7:7 says "Ask and it shall be given unto you; seek and you shall find; knock, and the door shall be opened unto you. If we exercise our faith ask, seek and knock, we will receive.

Hebrews 11:1 says "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." This is the faith we must have to receive every promise, blessing, healing and deliverance that God has promised he would do for us.

Touched by God

When God has touched you it leaves an impression. An impression on your heart, and in your mind. Since he came into my life it has never been the same. He has changed the way that I think and the way that I talk. I can honestly say that the change is a good one. My heart is no longer filled with hatred and unforgiveness. Because the love of God which is shed abroad has changed my heart into a heart of flesh, which is able to love unconditionally and to forgive even my enemies. Now that the way I think has been changed. Whenever I am faced with a decision, I only think of the most positive and best way to handle a situation. My mind is no longer filled with doubt. The bible says in Romans 12:2 .......be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Therefore once we open our heart and minds to God and submit to him our will for his, he will renew our minds. After our minds have been renewed we are able to think and accomplish the will of God. Not only for these reasons have my life been changed but because I have dedicated my life to Jesus Christ and I desire to do the will of my father which is in heaven, now God can create in me a clean heart and a right spirit. I have chosen to love and serve God through my obedience to him.

Deny self

Proverbs 14:12 says there is a way that seems right to a man but the end thereof is destruction.
Many times we devise things in our own minds and we think that we know the best thing for ourselves.
Although we do not many times think of Ephesians 6:18 which says that we ought to pray about all things, letting your request be known unto God. We should allow God to direct our paths. When God gives us our direction, we are going the right way.
By following God's plan we will not walk into a trap that has been devised by Satan. Remember first Peter 5:8 which says Satan is seeking whom he may devour. If we do things of our own accord, the flesh is most likely in charge and Satan really loves for the people of God to walk in the flesh. It is one way that he can enter into our lives. After he finds that open door, he can reek havoc in our minds. Of course when he gets into our minds, he can cause confusion, depression, loneliness, and feelings of rejection. There are an endless supply of negative thoughts, reactions and feelings that he can enter into our minds. These things alone are his plan to lead us into destruction. What we should remember is that when we have these feelings and thoughts, we should not let them escalate.
In order for us to stop Satan from putting these feelings and thoughts into our minds, we must deny our own ways of thinking, pray, seek God and ask him for his direction. That he might lead and guide us into all righteousness and truth.

We need to love each other

We do need each other if we are going to survive as Christians, as brothers and sisters in Christ. We need to love one another like Jesus loved us.
John 15:13 (paraphrased)
What greater love than this that a man lay down his life for another.
This is love, to love someone who persecuted you or inflicts harm upon you. How many of us can love like this? It would be hard but if we are going to make it we need to know that we need to love each other with an agape love which is unconditional.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (paraphrased)
Love suffers long, and is kind; love does not envy, love vaunts not itself, it is not puffed up, love does not behave unseemly, seeks not her own, is not easily provoked,thinks no evil, It does not rejoice in iniquity, but in the truth, bears all things,believes all things, endures all things and love never fails.
Love no matter what the color of our skin, whether black, white, or Hispanic. We are all one people, we have the same blood, the same history and the same origin. Love our enemies, love those who persecute you. Love, the very first commandment that we should love one another.
So many of us do not believe that we have to love.
We need each other, we need to forgive one another if we want God to forgive us.
We need each other, we need to pray for one another.
We need each other, we need to love if we are going to make it in this world, love without hatred, love without jealousy, love without strife, love without division and love without slandering our neighbor's. All I ask is that we show our brothers and sisters in Christ the agape love of God. If we can do this one thing we will close a lot of doorways for Satan to enter into. Where there is hatred, jealousy, strife, division, and slandering tongues there is Satan. Where he is there is a pathway to sin. Where sin is there their is a doorway to hell. That is why we must remember, we need to love each other because a lack of love will lead to a life without God, and how can we love God if we do not love each other?

Should we have to suffer

As followers of Christ, we have to know that we must suffer some things for the sake of Christ.
1 Peter 2:21 " For even hereunto were you called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example that ye should follow in his steps:"
We must follow Christ if we want to one day be reunited with him. We must bear our own cross, not a literal cross that we can see or touch but the analogy of the cross. When Christ was nailed upon the cross he suffered physical pain and a emotional pain. Jesus was obedient until death because he loved us and so that we would have the opportunity of one day receiving eternal life.
Jesus said in Matthew 11:38 " And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me."
Sometimes we as believers must suffer physical and emotional pains for Christ sake. When we suffer these things we will reign with Christ.
2 Timothy 2:12 "If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he will also deny us"
When we take up our cross, we are going through the burdens, persecutions, and suffering that Jesus went through for our sakes. Therefore we then are suffering with him, as 2 timothy 2:12 says if we deny to take up our cross, we are not worthy of him.
How can we be worthy of Christ if we can not share in his suffering? After all he was without sin and he suffered for us. We on the other hand were born in sin, shaped in iniquity. Therefore, to suffer with Christ for our own sakes should be a privilege.
Romans 8:17 " And if children, then heirs; heirs os God and joint - heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him that we may be also glorified together."
So we as God's children if we suffer with Christ, we will also be glorified with him. As Jesus has received his crown, so will we.
1 Peter 5:10
But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
After we submit and suffer long with Christ, God will make us perfect in Christ, not a human perfection but a spiritual one. Established in Christ, established in our ministries and doing that which God has chosen us to do. We will be strengthened in our weaknesses and God will settle us. Settled in those things that God will establish us in.

Spiritual Warfare

2 Corinthians 10:4-5
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.
Our weapons against spiritual warfare are prayer, faith, and the word of God. If we have faith and believe God, and we will come through victorious. When we use the word of God and faith to speak to the situation the word will set us free. When we are going through a battle, we should pray because prayer changes the outcome of the situation. It will not change the fact that we must go through the battle and pass the test. But it will change our state of mind and if we overcome. When we use these weapons, God will give us peace in the mist of the situation and victory will be ours.

James 5:16 Confess your faults to one another. and pray for one another, that you might be healed.The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
We need to pray about everything and talk to God about what we need. Giving God all the thanks and all the praise and telling him what we need. Your effectual fervent prayer's availeth much meaning those prayers and requests that we(as righteous men and women)make known unto God will be answered.
Therefore when you going through spiritual warfare we should pray and have faith believing that our prayers will be answered. All we have to have is faith the size of a mustard seed and our situation will be changed. Changed because of our attitudes, our state of mind and how we handle the warfare. Warfare is not something that will be removed because these are the trials which make us stronger and help us to grow in God.

Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
If we use faith as a shield against the wicked, it will extinguish the fiery darts (trial, tribulations, turmoil, depression, anxiety, stress, offences and anything else that disturbs our spirit man and keeps our minds on things of this world instead of on the things of God)of the wicked.
If we speak the word of God with faith, in the time of our warfare, the word of God will speak life to every situation.
Spiritual warfare a necessary evil, warfare come but it can only make us stronger. When Jesus was whipped and bruised for our iniquities, it released the power of God and because of it we were all healed(by his stripes we are healed). When Jesus was crucified on the cross this was spiritual warfare which also made him stronger, now because of his sacrifice we can all be saved.
(John 12:32)...if I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me.
Because of the warfare that Jesus suffered at his crucifixion, now we are able to receive unto ourselves the salvation of Jesus Christ and we may be saved. Therefore if we never go through warfare how can we become strong enough to stand through our trials, and become the people who God has chosen and called by name.
When you pray, do not pray that spiritual warfare does not come, but rather pray that God will give you the strength to stand in faith, praying, letting our request be known unto God and speaking life to our situations through the word of God. Then it will make you stronger.
